In this vital role, you will oversee the nightly financial and operational reconciliation, provide exceptional guest services, and maintain the smooth functioning of front desk operations while ensuring security and safety protocols are upheld. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment that encourages guest satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions, including revenue, expenses, and reservations, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Handle guest requests efficiently, providing personalized service to enhance their stay and resolve any issues promptly. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols around the property, and enforcing safety protocols. Answer multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and assisting guests or staff as needed. Prepare detailed shift reports documenting financial activities, guest incidents, and operational updates for management review. Support hotel management with administrative tasks related to reservations, billing, and guest relations to ensure a positive experience for all visitors. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel operations is highly preferred. Strong background in night audit procedures or front desk responsibilities within a resort or hotel setting. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests. Demonstrated customer service excellence with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, hotel management software, and basic accounting practices is advantageous. Knowledge of hospitality standards including phone etiquette, guest services, and hotel safety protocols. Passion for hospitality management combined with excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during overnight shifts.
