Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while managing administrative tasks that keep our hotel running smoothly. Your enthusiasm and hospitality expertise will contribute to creating a welcoming environment that leaves a lasting positive impression on every guest. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest calls promptly, and relay messages efficiently Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting room inspections, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and daily summaries to ensure accurate record-keeping Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs or facility issues promptly Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management, hotel management, or front desk operations with a focus on night audit functions Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Excellent phone etiquette and guest relations skills to foster a welcoming environment Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail Previous hotel experience or resort background is preferred but not required Knowledge of hospitality standards, guest services protocols, and security procedures Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences during the quiet yet crucial overnight hours!
