Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during overnight hours. In this energetic role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the front desk while providing exceptional guest experiences. Your keen attention to detail, hospitality management skills, and multilingual abilities will help create a welcoming environment for all visitors. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for maintaining security, managing guest accounts, and supporting the overall guest relations that define our commitment to excellence. Duties Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all transactions Greet guests warmly upon arrival and handle check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and efficiency Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and services Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication with daytime staff Assist guests with special requests, resolve issues promptly, and uphold high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction Support front desk operations by handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries in multiple languages as needed Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent phone etiquette and ability to handle guest relations with tact and positivity Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced settings Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail and security standards Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality expertise makes a difference! Pay:
$16.00 - $16.50 per hour
