NIGHT AUDITOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow the End of Day / Night Audit Checklist Post charges to the guest accounts that have not been posted or were incurred on the night audit shift. Verifies all account postings and balances. Verifies that room rates are correct. Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities. Summarizes results of operations for management. Shut down indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs at closing time. Serve at small bar in lobby's lounge and shut down at appropriate time. Prepare conference room for following day meetings or parties, as needed. Balance the day's charges, making corrections as necessary. Performs wake-up calls. Run end of day process. Respond to guest needs, special requests and complaints and alert the manager as needed. Understand and knows how to perform check-in and check-out procedures. Answer occasional phone calls. Must comply with company policies. Seasonal position mid-April thru mid-November. Full Time position available. Must have reliable transportation and exceptional attendance. Must be 18 years or older.
