Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations at our hotel. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late and departing early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our front desk operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and guest support Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction Conduct nightly audit procedures to reconcile accounts, verify reservations, and update billing records Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, inspecting the premises, and controlling access points Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure accurate record keeping Support front desk operations by managing guest services such as room assignments, key issuance, and wake-up calls Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent phone etiquette and professionalism when interacting with guests and team members Previous experience in night audit or overnight hotel roles highly preferred Ability to work independently during late-night hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Familiarity with guest relations, hotel policies, and hospitality best practices Join us as a Night Auditor to deliver outstanding service during the quiet yet crucial overnight hours.
