Night Auditor Schedule:
Sunday•Thursday | 11:00 PM•7:00 AM Our hotel is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Best Western Bloomington West. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering excellent guest service during overnight hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform nightly audit procedures, balancing room, restaurant, and bar revenue Reconcile daily transactions and prepare financial reports Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and late-night reservations Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff Prepare and distribute daily reports for management
Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred Experience with Best Western is a strong plus Basic accounting Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and stay productive overnight Excellent customer service and communication skills
