Description:
Breezy Point Resort is looking to hire a full-time Night Auditor at our Front Desk. The Front Desk/Night Auditor reconciles all the day's financial activities, makes corrections as needed, and ensures the accuracy of those records. Front Desk/Night Auditor is required to be professional, hands-on and very pleasant, even in the event of adversity. They greet guests and provide registration; answering phone calls, meeting and exceeding the customer's expectations.
Duties include:
Performing desk and accounting duties. Assures accuracy of accounting of information of the daily guest transactions. Provide guests with room keys and give guests directions around the resort. Compute bills and take payments. Must be able to work Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Shifts are from 10 pm to 8 am with a 30 hour work week. Requirements:
Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking work environment. Demonstrate strong customer service skills. Highly motivated individual. Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays. Knowledge of computers and computer programs helpful; strong and diverse customer service backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply. Previous hotel experience a plus. Background screening is required for this position.
