PT - Hotel Night Auditor

Position Summary:

Holiday Inn Express Plymouth is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our front office team. This overnight position plays a key role in guest satisfaction and financial accuracy while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment during nighttime hours.

Responsibilities:

Greet, assist, and provide excellent service to all guests during overnight hours. Perform nightly audit procedures and balance daily financial transactions. Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately. Answer phone calls, handle reservations, and respond to guest inquiries. Maintain security and monitor the property throughout the night. Prepare and distribute daily reports for management. Address guest concerns and resolve issues professionally.

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and basic accounting skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to work independently and overnight shifts. Proficient with hotel systems(PEP PMS) Must be dependable and punctual.

Schedule:
