Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your proactive approach will help maintain the safety, security, and smooth functioning of our hotel during nighttime hours, creating a welcoming environment for guests arriving late or staying overnight. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing outstanding guest services with professionalism and enthusiasm Manage overnight check-ins and check-outs efficiently while verifying reservations and billing details Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a positive attitude and effective solutions Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse guest needs Familiarity with night audit procedures, hotel management systems, and guest relations practices Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone calls professionally on multi-line systems Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk functions, guest services, and security protocols Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of hospitality and safety Join us in delivering memorable experiences around the clock!
