Hotel Night Auditor

In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our nightly financial and administrative processes. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests during late-night hours with warmth and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including verifying billing accuracy and balancing accounts to ensure all revenue is correctly recorded Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries with a friendly and proactive attitude Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and room availability using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure smooth handovers between shifts Address guest concerns or issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary to uphold high standards of guest relations Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing multiple communication channels efficiently during overnight hours Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with hospitality procedures including guest services, guest relations, and hotel management best practices Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial audits and record keeping Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism Previous experience working in resorts or similar hospitality environments is preferred Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm fuels memorable guest experiences!
