Night Auditor

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented part-time Night Auditor to serve as the first point of contact for guests and ensure a seamless overnight guest experience. This role involves multitasking across various aspects of a guest's stay, from check-ins and reservations to balancing financial reports, while upholding our property's vision, mission, and core values. Compensation:

$17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments, ensuring a positive first impression. Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. Assist with reservations via phone, email, or in person, including group bookings. Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in internet software, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
