Hotel Night Auditor

Compensation:

$15 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management Make sure every hotel guest has a pleasant stay Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process

Qualifications:

Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired Overnight shift; requires flexible hours Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required About Company We are an interior corridor hotel with a 7-minute estimated drive from Kansas City International Airport.
