Job Description

Responsibilities:
Demonstrates respectful behavior toward guests and fellow colleagues. Ensures each guest receives a warm and welcoming reception. Communicates with other departments for general hotel knowledge as well as completing guest requests as timely as possible and follow up is completed. Ensures that all guest folio's are kept up to date, accurate and processed upon departure. Remains observant and responds to each guest who approaches the Front Desk. Monitor all inquiries for reservations and manage all communications with all guest for hotel rates and assist to increase revenue though occupancy. Develop and maintain effective professional relationship with all guests and provide assistance on the phone and in person. Ensure optimal level of customer service for all guests at all times and manages all communication with guest for check in and check out process. Maintain neat and clean desk and lobby area at all times. Administer and perform all cashier functions and to ensure accuracy in calculating all credit card payments. Analyze all hotel functions and maintain standard and recommend strategies to increase revenue for hotel. Qualifications Highly organized, detailed oriented, able to multitask Abilitiy to work in an ever-changing and often busy environment Must be self-motivated, team player, and have a high level of guest service orientation Must have a professional attitude along with impeccable presentation Must be able to resolve guest complaints Promote facilities and services Must be interpersonal
