Responsibilities Oversee overnight front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing records to ensure accuracy and completeness Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest requests, reservations, and internal communications efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously, fostering positive guest relations Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, performing visual inspections of the property, and ensuring safety procedures are followed Prepare detailed shift reports documenting activities, incidents, and financial reconciliations for management review Support guest services by assisting with luggage handling, concierge requests, and providing local information when needed Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles with a focus on front desk operations or night audit functions Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of hotel experience systems, reservation software, and multi-line phone systems is preferred Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse guests and team members Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy Previous experience in resort or hotel environments demonstrating guest relations expertise is advantageous Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced hospitality setting Join us as a Night Auditor and become an integral part of creating memorable experiences for our guests while enjoying a vibrant work environment dedicated to excellence in hospitality!
