Manage reservations Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions for reporting purposes. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services and operations. Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience. Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a knack for building rapport with guests. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by effective phone etiquette.
