Strong background in guest services, hospitality management, or customer service is essential. Familiarity with hotel operations and front desk procedures is advantageous. Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective guest relations.
