In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late or departing early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our financial records. Duties Oversee nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth Conduct detailed audits of daily financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest requests promptly, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Prepare and distribute daily reports on occupancy, revenue, and other key performance indicators for management review Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution that enhances guest relations Maintain security procedures by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting safety checks, and controlling access to restricted areas Support guest services by assisting with special requests, coordinating wake-up calls, and providing multilingual assistance when needed Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service excellence Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems to streamline operations Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with a professional demeanor during all guest interactions Strong understanding of guest relations principles and the ability to handle challenging situations tactfully Ability to work overnight shifts reliably while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hotels is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in varied hospitality settings Join us in delivering outstanding hospitality experiences while advancing your career in hotel management!
