Night Auditor responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. The Night Auditor also reconciles all accounts, processes invoices and prepares paychecks. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly. MUST be able to work the Night Audit shift, which is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities As a Night Auditor, you would be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting and balancing of daily financial transactions and to support the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Audit, post and balance daily cashier's work for outlets Ensure credit card system reconciles to daily transaction lists Ensure an efficient reception experience for guests, including check in/out Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times Attend appropriate training courses, when required Demonstrate a knowledge of hotel room categories, room rates, packages, promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties Follow company brand standards Assist with overall cleanliness of hotel public spaces The focus will always be to work on behalf of our Guests and fellow Team Members. Skills Previous hotel/night audit experience preferred Positive attitude and good communication skills Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service Excellent grooming standards Calm, efficient, and organized with great attention to detail Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a Guest Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service Ability to work on your own and as part of a team LRC2 Management is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
