In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of hotel records and financial transactions. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for during their stay. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management and guest relations while working in a lively, fast-paced setting. This position is every other Friday and Saturday night from 11 pm to 7 am. Duties Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the night shift with warmth and professionalism Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety inspections of the property Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude, providing solutions promptly Maintain accurate records of overnight transactions, including cash handling and billing reports Respond to emergency situations or guest concerns following established protocols Manage multi-line phone systems to relay messages, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other departments Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively Experience with front desk operations, including reservations and guest check-in/out procedures Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management software systems Exceptional phone etiquette and ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in a lively environment.
