Hotel Night Auditor

Compensation:

$16 - $17 hourly

Responsibilities:

Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management Perform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as required Audit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentages

Qualifications:

Previous hotel front desk, hospitality, guest services, or night audit experience is preferred, but not required Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required Outstanding communication skills and excellent customer service skills are required Flexible overnight hours are required Must be computer proficient; experience with accounting or reservation software is a bonus About Company Opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry Supportive team environment Opportunity as a second job with flexible work hours
