Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, where your energetic and detail-oriented approach will ensure seamless overnight operations and exceptional guest experiences. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and uphold the highest standards of customer service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving or departing during the late hours, while maintaining accurate financial records and hotel operations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be the backbone of our hotel's overnight success, blending hospitality management with guest relations to deliver memorable stays. The job is from 10 PM-6 AM with a fixed 4 days schedule. The schedule is prepared a month in advance. Must be available weekdays, weekends and holidays. Being on time and present for the scheduled shifts is a must. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival or departure, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services. Manage and reconcile daily financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments with precision. Monitor security systems and conduct routine safety checks to ensure guest and staff safety throughout the night. Handle guest inquiries, requests, or complaints with professionalism, offering solutions that enhance their stay. Prepare detailed shift reports, including occupancy summaries, incident logs, and audit documentation. Maintain accurate records of all transactions using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software. Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems, managing guest accounts, and supporting front desk operations during quiet hours. Breakfast Duties are required for this position such as setting up and maintaining the breakfast area until scheduled Breakfast Attendant arrives. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, especially in roles such as front desk or guest services. Strong knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required to serve diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with phone etiquette, multi-line phone systems, and hotel environments is preferred. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail during overnight shifts. Previous experience working in a hospitality setting that emphasizes guest services and hospitality excellence is a plus but not required.
