As a Night Auditor, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving late and departing early, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of our financial and operational records. Your energetic and detail-oriented approach will help create a welcoming environment for all guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine hospitality management skills with a passion for guest relations in a vibrant resort setting. Responsibilities Greet arriving guests warmly, handle late check-ins, and assist with check-out procedures efficiently. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and financial records. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Manage front desk operations including multi-line phone systems, reservation adjustments, and guest account updates. Maintain high standards of phone etiquette and customer service to foster positive guest experiences. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and reconcile daily financial transactions. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure safety protocols are followed. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality environment. Choice Hotels/Choice Advantage experience preferred Strong background in night audit procedures, guest services, and customer relations. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests. Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems. Knowledge of hospitality PMS software and hotel systems is preferred. Demonstrated ability to handle guest concerns professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
