? The Hyatt Place Raleigh Cary is looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and wants to be a part of an awesome team. We are looking to add to an already impressive team of Gallery Hosts/Agents. We are looking for someone with a flexible or open schedule interested in training on all available shifts, who is dependable and who can arrive to work each day with a positive attitude and smile. Essential Job Responsibilities:
Smile and greet guests as they pass through the lobby Register and assign rooms based on guest preferences outlined in their World of Hyatt profiles. Answer phones with a smile in your voice, answer questions regarding reservations or other hotel amenities. Update guest information in profiles as needed Respond to guest issues in a calm and professional tone. Communicate with all departments to fulfill guest requests. Verify all deposits and any shift paperwork Balance daily hotel paperwork as outlined by checklist and management requests Assist with breakfast and coffee setup for early morning checkouts and help prepare kitchen staff. Job Requirements:
Flexible/open schedule A minimum of 1 year hotel experience is preferred Knowledge of local area is preferred Friendly and genuine guest interaction Team player and ability to work as a member of a group/team. Enthusiastic in your daily routine Dedication to a task or purpose with integrity Self-starter Ability to "Make an Impact" on both guests and your fellow team members and contribute to the overall success of the hotel
