Job Description

Introduction:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Night Auditor to join our hotel team. This position requires mandatory availability for the overnight shift 11 PM-7 AM, every other weekend, along with additional varying shifts between 1 PM-9 PM and 3 PM-9 PM based on occupancy needs. The Night Auditor will support front desk operations, assist guests, and complete essential financial and operational tasks to ensure smooth hotel operations. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, flexibility, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage front desk operations during overnight and assigned split shifts, including guest check-ins and check-outs Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally and efficiently Assist guests with reservations, requests, and local recommendations Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate guest records Complete daily financial and operational tasks, including balancing reports and shift audits Reconcile guest ledger and prepare end-of-day reports Monitor inventory levels and restock front desk supplies as needed Perform light cleaning duties, including maintaining front desk appearance Support hotel operations as needed Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous hotel front desk, night audit, or customer service experience preferred Hilton experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Mandatory availability for 11 PM-7 AM every other weekend Flexibility to work varying shifts between 1 PM-9 PM and 3 PM-9 PM as needed Weekend and holiday availability required
