In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of financial and operational records. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests with check-in, check-out, and inquiries, ensuring a positive experience through excellent customer service and phone etiquette Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently to handle guest requests, reservations, and internal communications Conduct nightly audits of front desk transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare detailed reports on daily financial activities, occupancy levels, and any incidents or irregularities during the overnight shift Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, utilizing strong guest relations skills to resolve issues effectively Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to coordinate room readiness and address any operational needs during the night Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for communicating with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and resort operations is beneficial Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and conflict resolution Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel policies, and basic accounting practices within a hospitality setting Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills necessary for professional guest interactions Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high standards of hospitality and security Embark on this rewarding journey where your dedication transforms overnight stays into memorable experiences.
