Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations at our hotel. This energetic position combines guest relations, administrative duties, and security responsibilities, creating a lively and engaging environment for both guests and staff. As the Night Auditor, you'll be the first point of contact during the overnight shift, delivering exceptional guest services while maintaining the integrity of hotel operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests while supporting the smooth functioning of the property through accurate record-keeping and effective communication. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide outstanding customer service during check-in and check-out processes. Manage front desk operations including handling reservations, guest inquiries, and billing procedures with professionalism and efficiency. Conduct nightly audits of all financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in account balances and reporting discrepancies promptly. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV footage, conducting patrols around the hotel premises, and controlling access to restricted areas during overnight hours. Respond promptly to guest requests or issues, resolving concerns with a positive attitude and a focus on guest satisfaction. Utilize multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, transfer calls, and provide information about hotel amenities or local attractions. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and nightly summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts and departments. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for assisting diverse guests effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and night audit procedures is a plus. Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems. Experience working in resort settings or large hotels enhances your ability to manage complex guest needs efficiently. A background in guest relations, hotel experience, or hospitality management will help you excel in this energetic role.
