Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage front desk operations including handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with professionalism and efficiency Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, payments, and account adjustments Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or issues, providing exceptional customer service and guest relations Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries for management review Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest needs or facility concerns Requirements Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining high levels of integrity and confidentiality Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with guests and team members alike Comfortable working independently during overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in resort or hotel settings is preferred but not required Join us to deliver memorable guest experiences through energetic service and meticulous attention to detail.
