Key Responsibilities:

Balance the

Books:

Reconcile daily transactions, ensure accuracy in financial records, and prepare essential reports for management.

Guest Service Excellence:

Greet and assist late-arriving guests with check-ins, process check-outs, and address any inquiries or issues. Set out breakfast for guests.

Security Focused:

Monitor hotel security, conduct regular property checks, and ensure the safety of all guests and staff during the night.

Smooth Operations:

Run the night audit process and prepare for the next day's operations.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or accounting is preferred.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Availability:

Must be available to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Personality:

Independent, trustworthy, and able to manage time effectively in a quiet, overnight environment.
