Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team in the hospitality industry. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in hotel management or front desk operations, with a strong focus on guest services. We are looking to hire ASAP. These are part time hours Responsibilities Perform nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night. Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations. Utilize phone systems effectively to communicate with guests and staff. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and other key metrics. Ensure the security of the hotel premises during overnight hours. Skills Experience in resort or hotel management is preferred. Strong background in hospitality and guest services. Proficiency with front desk operations and night audit procedures. Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Familiarity with phone systems and basic office software. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high standards of service.
