Job Description

Front Desk Clerk / Night Auditor - Now Hiring We are hiring a friendly, dependable Night Auditor / Front Desk to join our team at Best Western , with locations in Bloomfield and Farmington. The ideal candidate must be willing to work at both properties as needed. In this role, you will ensure a smooth guest experience from check-in to check-out, assist with reservations, complete nightly audits, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and complete check-in and check-out professionally Manage reservations, payments, and guest inquiries Perform nightly audits and prepare daily reports Answer phones and direct calls appropriately Keep the front desk area organized and well-stocked Cross-train in other departments to support overall hotel operations
Qualifications:
Hospitality experience preferred Strong communication and multitasking skills Friendly, service-oriented attitude Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Willingness to work at both Bloomfield and Farmington locations This is a great opportunity to grow in hospitality with hands-on experience across departments.
