Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late check-ins, ensuring a seamless experience. Manage front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and billing procedures with accuracy. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring all records are complete and discrepancies are addressed promptly. Respond to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in person with professionalism and hospitality management skills. Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting patrols around the resort or hotel premises, and controlling access points. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to support daily operations. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure property standards are met. Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to accommodate diverse guest needs. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette is essential for effective communication. Knowledge of night audit procedures, hotel management software, and guest services best practices. Experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is advantageous. Ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly while maintaining professionalism during all interactions.
