Front Desk-Night Auditor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service to our guests while ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with necessary information regarding their stay. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest accounts. Handle phone inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and courtesy. Conduct night audits, balancing daily transactions and preparing reports for management. Address guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery for guests. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Proficient in phone etiquette , including handling inquiries and reservations via phone systems . Previous experience in hospitality , particularly in a hotel or resort setting, is preferred. Ability to perform night audit functions accurately and efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
