Hotel Night Auditor

Overview We are hiring for a full time Night Audit position. You will support front desk operations and complete assigned tasks. You will help guests with check-ins, check-outs, and questions while maintaining accurate financial records. This position is from 11p-7a.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a friendly and professional approach. Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Handle guest questions, requests, and concerns. Complete assigned night audit duties, reconcile transactions, and prepare reports. Maintain accurate guest account records and process payments. Answer and direct phone calls. Monitor hotel safety and report any issues. Assist with reservations, room assignments, and other front desk tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

Front desk experience is required. Knowledge of hotel systems and financial reconciliation is helpful. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Clear and confident communication. Ability to work independently when needed. Bilingual skills are a plus. Experience in hospitality or resort settings is helpful.
