This role is essential to ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth overnight operations, and excellent guest service during late-night hours. Key Responsibilities Perform night audit procedures , including balancing daily transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports Process guest check-ins and check-outs during overnight shifts Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns professionally to ensure guest satisfaction Accurately process payments, post charges, and manage cash and credit transactions Monitor hotel activity during overnight hours to maintain a safe and secure environment Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports for management review Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address overnight issues as needed Qualifications & Experience Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience required Availability to work overnight shifts , including weekends and holidays Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Basic accounting knowledge and experience with hotel management systems Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to remain professional and calm in overnight or high-pressure situations Why Join Us?
