Welcome and assist guests during late-night hours, providing outstanding customer service and resolving inquiries promptly. Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring all transactions are accurate and complete. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, addressing guest requests and internal communications clearly and courteously. Perform nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to maintain operational transparency. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility issues promptly. Skills Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and effective communication techniques. Familiarity with hotel management software systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient operations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in financial reconciliation and record keeping.
