Night Auditor

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests arriving during the overnight hours, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is crucial in creating a positive experience for our guests at our hospitality establishment, whether it be a hotel, resort, or similar venue. Duties Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest information. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Maintain phone systems to answer calls promptly and professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist with reservations and modifications, ensuring all guest requests are met with attention to detail. Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively to ensure guest satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience. Maintain front desk area cleanliness and organization at all times. Follow and promote the Guest Rewards program enrollment standards. Must be able to work night, weekends and holidays Must be flexible (Hotel is a 24/7 operation) Computer literate in Micros Opera preferred. Overnight reporting/audit. Handle emergency situations when necessary, i.e. first aid, fire emergencies. Handle additional duties as needed by the guests. Skills Strong background in hospitality is preferred. Proficient in handling phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Exceptional guest service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing front desk operations.
