Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel AM/PM/Night Audit Front Desk Agent, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless guest experiences during evening and overnight hours. In this vital role, you will oversee the front desk operations, perform night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, and provide exceptional guest services in a fast-paced resort environment. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help create a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors while maintaining smooth operational flow throughout the night shift. Duties Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure Conduct nightly audits by reviewing daily financial transactions, verifying billing accuracy, and preparing reports for management Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and enthusiasm, fostering positive guest relations Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist guests and coordinate with other departments Maintain security protocols by monitoring access points, conducting safety checks, and ensuring guest confidentiality Document shift activities thoroughly through detailed reports, incident logs, and audit records Support front desk operations by managing reservations, updating guest information, and coordinating late arrivals or special requests Skills Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations with previous hotel experience preferred Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Proficiency in night audit procedures and familiarity with hotel management software systems Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems Knowledge of guest services standards, hotel management practices, and resort operations Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attentiveness This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a vibrant hospitality environment where your dedication transforms guest stays into memorable experiences.
