In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for late-night arrivals and early morning departures, managing guest check-ins and check-outs while maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will help uphold our hotel's reputation for excellence, creating a welcoming environment that encourages guest loyalty and satisfaction. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with late-night check-ins or early check-outs, ensuring smooth transitions. Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including handling reservations, cancellations, and guest inquiries with professionalism. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying billing accuracy and updating records to ensure financial integrity. Respond promptly to guest requests, complaints, or issues, providing effective solutions and maintaining positive guest relations. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff. Maintain accurate logs of all activities during the shift, including incident reports, shift handovers, and communication with daytime staff. Handle multi-line phone systems with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and professionally. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management systems; experience with guest services is essential. Excellent phone etiquette and familiarity with multi-line phone systems to manage high call volumes smoothly. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail.
