Job Description
Security / Door Security - Job Description Mira Mediterranean & Hookah Lounge is looking for professional and reliable Security team members to join our team. We are a high-volume Mediterranean restaurant and nightlife venue located in Midtown Manhattan. We are looking for individuals who can maintain a safe and professional environment for guests and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor guest entry and maintain door control
- Check IDs and verify age requirements
- Maintain safety and professionalism during busy nights
- Handle guest issues calmly and professionally
- Communicate with managers and staff when needed
- Help maintain order and security throughout the venue
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous security or nightlife experience preferred
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations
- Weekend and late-night availability required
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Responsible and reliable work ethic
