Responsibilities Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during the overnight hours with friendly, professional customer service. Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing, reservations, and payments. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle guest inquiries, reservations, and internal communications efficiently. Maintain front desk operations by checking in late arrivals, handling guest requests, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Document daily financial transactions, prepare reports, and reconcile accounts to ensure proper record-keeping. Monitor security cameras and conduct routine safety checks around the property to uphold guest safety and hotel security standards. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues promptly, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, particularly in front desk or night audit roles. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and excellent phone etiquette. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is preferred. Exceptional attention to detail for accurate financial reconciliation and record keeping. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism. Previous experience working in a resort or similar hospitality environment is advantageous.
