The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during overnight hours. This position involves managing front desk responsibilities, performing night audits, and providing exceptional guest services. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, be comfortable using phone systems, and have a background in hospitality management. Responsibilities Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage front desk operations including check-ins and check-outs during the night shift. Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions. Handle phone calls with professionalism, utilizing phone etiquette to assist guests effectively. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Prepare reports for management regarding occupancy rates, revenue, and other relevant metrics. Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during overnight hours. Requirements Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in using phone systems. Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Able to set up Continental Breakfast in timely manner Join our team as a Night Auditor and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring operational excellence during the night shift.
