Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations at our property. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact during the night shift, responsible for maintaining guest satisfaction, managing front desk activities, and ensuring the accuracy of financial and operational records. You will be setting up the day for our staff and for our flight crew guests. Your proactive approach will help create a welcoming environment for guests while safeguarding the property's integrity. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hotel management and guest services in a lively, fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and directing calls efficiently Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness Prepare detailed shift reports, including occupancy summaries, incident logs, and operational updates for management review Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or property issues promptly Prepare breakfast and set up the breakfast room for our VIP guests Prepare arrival and departure report for shuttle driver, front desk staff, and housekeeping to be aware of when flight crew will be arriving and departing Set up reservations for flight crew, ensuring there is time to clean rooms between one crew departing and the next arriving. Experience Previous experience in hotel front desk operations is mandatory Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a strong advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Familiarity with night audit procedures, guest relations, and hotel management systems is beneficial Excellent customer service skills combined with phone etiquette expertise are essential for success in this role Proven ability to handle multi-line phone systems and perform detailed recordkeeping with accuracy Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently during overnight shifts Executive functioning and critical thinking skills are essential to this role.
