In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift, manage guest accounts, handle front desk responsibilities, and maintain the safety and security of the hotel premises. Your proactive approach and hospitality expertise will contribute to a welcoming environment that keeps guests satisfied and staff supported throughout the night. Duties Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies promptly Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently and courteously Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues, and ensuring guest satisfaction during overnight hours Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to safeguard guests, staff, and hotel property Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth transitions between shifts Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and maintaining guest records Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, particularly in front desk or night audit functions Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel operations, guest relations, and hospitality standards Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and handle phone etiquette professionally Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for financial audits and record keeping Flexibility to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced resort or hotel environment Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier guest experiences while maintaining the safety and efficiency of our hotel operations.
