Job Description
Job Summary Night Auditor (Front Desk) - food / beverage / hospitality - job employment. The SpringHill Suites by Marriott hotel, located on Olentangy River Road near The Ohio State University campus is looking for a Part-Time Night Auditor. The hours are 11:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. on Sunday and Monday nights. This important position works at the Front Desk with minimal Management Supervision and closes out the hotel business for the day as well as performing traditional Front Desk responsibilities such as checking guests in and out of the property, making reservations, handling phone calls, cash and credit card handling, providing excellent customer service to our guests and interacting with other hotel associates, verifying and balancing hotel room availability, preparing folios for departing guests, maintain overall lobby appearance and be versed in all hotel emergency procedures. Attention to detail is a must as well as having terrific customer service skills and the successful candidate will display professionalism at all times. This is a Part-Time, 16 hours per week position and the typical hours are 11pm-7am on Sunday and Monday. This is an overnight job! If you are interested, please enclose a resume with your response
