Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours, providing friendly and efficient customer service. Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, guest inquiries, and special requests with a positive attitude. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing, posting charges, and balancing accounts. Monitor security systems and perform routine safety checks to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff. Respond promptly to guest needs or concerns, offering solutions that enhance their stay and foster guest satisfaction. Maintain clear communication with daytime staff by preparing detailed shift reports on guest activities, incidents, and operational issues. Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing guest inquiries efficiently. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations; previous night audit experience is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and financial reconciliation processes. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for serving diverse guests effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and a focus on guest relations. Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision while maintaining high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and proficiency with multi-line phone systems. Familiarity with resort or hotel environments, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced settings.
