Job Summary Part time Night Auditor working 11pm-7am on Friday and Saturday nights only. Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Hotel Night Auditor , where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless overnight operations. In this vital role, you will oversee the night shift at the front desk, manage guest accounts, and provide exceptional guest services to ensure a welcoming and secure environment. Your proactive approach will help maintain the hotel's reputation for excellence while supporting guests during their stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity for hospitality professionals eager to contribute to a vibrant resort or hotel setting, ensuring every guest's experience begins and ends on a positive note. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during the overnight shift. Review and reconcile guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and payments. Manage multi-line phone systems, respond promptly to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Monitor security cameras, conduct routine safety checks, and report any suspicious activity or maintenance issues. Prepare detailed shift reports, including nightly summaries, incident reports, and financial logs. Handle guest requests efficiently, resolving issues with professionalism and a friendly attitude. Maintain front desk area cleanliness, organize paperwork, and ensure all hotel policies are followed consistently. Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably in a resort or similar setting. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Exceptional phone etiquette and experience handling multi-line phone systems with professionalism. Ability to work independently during night hours while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail. Familiarity with guest relations practices, hotel security protocols, and hospitality standards. Prior experience in guest services roles that emphasize hospitality management and guest satisfaction is preferred.
