Job Summary Be a part of Ohio History. We are the oldest operating business in Ohio. Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Auditor, where you will be the vital link between guest services and hotel operations during the overnight shift. In this energetic role, you will ensure a seamless guest experience by managing front desk operations, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. Your proactive approach will help uphold our commitment to exceptional hospitality and guest satisfaction while maintaining the safety and security of the property. Duties Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, providing friendly and efficient customer service. Manage multi-line phone systems, answer guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks, and documenting any incidents or irregularities. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure smooth handovers to daytime staff. Handle guest complaints or special requests promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Support front desk operations by managing reservations, updating guest records, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles, especially in front desk or night audit functions. Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and multi-line phone systems. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining high attention to detail. Previous hotel experience with a focus on guest relations and hospitality standards is preferred. Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
