Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures using hotel management software Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person with professional phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of guest billing Provide exceptional guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining guest relations Monitor security systems, perform safety checks, and ensure the safety of all guests and staff during overnight hours Maintain front desk area cleanliness, organization, and readiness for incoming guests Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs efficiently Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, especially front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management software is preferred Excellent communication skills with proficiency in phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Previous hotel experience background is advantageous Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of guest care and security Embark on a rewarding journey in hospitality where your energy makes a difference!
