Hotel Night Auditor 11PM - 7AM 8971 Wilcox Drive, Twinsburg, OH 44087 Full-time Full-time Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Night Auditor, working overnight shifts from 11PM to 7AM. In this vital role, you will ensure the smooth operation of the front desk during nighttime hours, providing exceptional guest services and maintaining the security and accuracy of hotel records. Your energetic and detail-oriented approach will help create a welcoming environment for guests arriving late or departing early, while also supporting the hotel's nightly financial and administrative processes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills and contribute to a memorable guest experience around the clock. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check-in, and check-out, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance to guests and staff. Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly. Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and guest requests. Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to maintain a secure environment. Respond efficiently to guest inquiries, complaints, or special requests with a friendly attitude and proactive solutions. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight issues or guest needs promptly. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a focus on night audit or front desk duties. Exceptional customer service skills with a strong emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone operations, and front desk procedures. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with guests and team members professionally. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in financial transactions. Familiarity with resort environments or large hotel properties is a plus for understanding complex guest needs.
