Night Auditor working Friday & Saturday from 11pm to 7am. Great benefits - starting hourly rate is $16ph, paid vacation after a year as well as a 401K participation. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software. Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions. Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards. Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner. Skills Proven experience in front desk operations within a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive experiences for guests. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with hospitality management software is a plus. Knowledge of night audit procedures is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
